Purplex client celebrates award success
Purplex client Waste Source won an award at this year’s Bristol Post Awards.
The Bristol-based waste management firm walked away with the prize for best customer service.
Winners of the awards are businesses that provide the best service to the local community and regularly go ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty to ensure their customers receive excellent service.
Waste Source uses purpose built software and has created extensive customer service training guides for staff. This enables them to offer consistently high levels of service and in 2016 Waste Source achieved a 97% client retention rate.
Chris Holland, who joint manages Waste Source with business partner Jon Free, commented:
“Purplex has taken the time to get to know the details of our business to help us communicate our message and raise our profile in the region.
“This is our second nomination this year and our first win. It’s great publicity and to be recognised for something we are truly passionate about is the icing on the cake.”
Andrew Scott, managing director of Purplex, said:
“Congratulations to Waste Source on their deserved win. Awards gives businesses credibility and provides a morale boost to staff – not to mention attracting new talent and investors.
“Purplex has vast experience in crafting strong awards entries and we have an excellent track record for clients winning regional and national awards.”
