Launched in 2004, Emerald Windows and Doors has years of experience installing quality home improvements across the South West of the UK and takes pride in offering a selection of exceptional products and delivering a friendly and professional service.

Over the years the company has grown into an incredibly popular installer operating in Swindon, Bristol, Reading, Oxford and Bath.

The Challenge

With the challenges thrown at the fenestration industry over the last few years, Emerald Windows and Doors wanted to guarantee they could generate a steady stream of leads no matter what was happening in the economy. Having a strong online presence is vital and so they needed to update their existing website to improve the overall performance and user experience.

Our Solution

To get started we needed an understanding of the structure and design of the existing website and so our in-house user experience (UX) specialist, conducted a full website review and audit. Following this, the web team had both the knowledge and insight to create a list of strategic recommendations designed to give the new website the edge it needed.

As a result, we implemented an entire web redesign which was centred around user experience. This ensured that all visitors to the website could easily find what they were looking for in order to increase the number of monthly enquiries.

To complement the launch of the new website and to drive even more visitors to the website, we also designed an organic search engine optimisation strategy. By utilising the power of carefully planned content pieces, which embedded essential key words, we were able to successfully increase Emerald Windows and Doors visibility on search engine platforms.

Since we started working with the team at Emerald Windows and Doors, we have seen incredible results with their monthly enquiries which have increased year on year. We’ve even exceeded the new lead target initially set from securing twice as many enquiries as originally requested.
